Spinach, Fetta & Pinenut Chicken Strudel

A unique take on the popular German dish. Our strudel features succulent spinach and pinenut chicken mince, wrapped around a spinach, fetta and rich tomato stuffing, then wrapped in mourish puff pastry. It’s such an easy meal to serve for lunch or dinner that the whole family will love.

Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 60 mins – Serves: 4

Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

Remove plastic wrap from strudel. Place strudel onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray.

Once oven is heated, place strudel in oven and cook for 60 minutes.

Once cooked, let stand for a few minutes.

Simply slice and serve.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
