Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 70-75 mins – Serves: 4

Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180°C.

Place Roll in an oven-proof tray. Once oven is heated cook for 70-75 minutes.

Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to stand for 15 minutes before slicing.

Remove netting from Roll and slice.

TIP: Use juices from Roll to make a gravy. Add a little flour over heat and stir until juices start to thicken, or simply pour juices over chicken to add moisture and flavour.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
