Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 25 mins – Serves: 1

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place breast on an oven-proof tray. Once oven is heated bake for 25 minutes.

Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to stand for a few minutes before serving.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
