Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Place cordon bleu in pan and cook. Cover with lid to prevent drying out.

Turn after approximately 10 minutes.

Cook for a further 10 minutes or until cooked.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Once cooked allow to stand for a few minutes before serving.

TIP: If crumb starts to colour too quickly, reduce heat.

Pre-heat oven to 180°C (conventional).

Place cordon bleu onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray. Spray with a small amount of olive oil.

Once oven is heated place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Once cooked, allow to stand for a few minutes before serving.

Please note: Chicken may discolour to pink when cooked. This is caused by the ham.
