cooking instructions

Stove – Cooking Temp: Med – Cooking Time: 20-25 mins – Serves: 1

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Place cordon bleus in pan and cook. Cover with lid to prevent drying out.

Turn after approximately 10 minutes.

Cook for a further 10-15 minutes or until cooked.

Once cooked allow to stand for five minutes before serving.

TIP: If crumb starts to colour too quickly, reduce heat.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 25-30 mins – Serves: 1

Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

Place cordon bleus onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray. Spray with a small amount of olive oil.

Once oven is heated, place in oven and cook for 25-30 minutes.

Once cooked, allow to stand for five minutes before serving.

Please note: Chicken may discolour to pink when cooked, caused by the ham.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
