Terms and Conditions –
1.Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Lenard’s Pty Ltd (Promoter). Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
2. Promotional Period
The promotion starts at 10am 12 May 2022 and there is no current conclusion date. Any entries received before the start date will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Officers, employees and immediate families of officers and employees of the Promoter, the associated companies and contractors of the Promoter and any other agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 or over.
4. Entry Instructions
To enter the draw, entrants must share a photo or video of Lenard’s products/stores/staff and tag Lenard’s Chicken on Instagram or Facebook. There is no limitation to the number of entries per entrant.
5. Prize and Prize Draw
1 prize to be given away by the Promoter being 1 x Lenard’s $100 voucher per month. Unless otherwise specified, Prize is not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner of the Prize will be chosen at 4pm on the last day of each month. The Winner will be notified via social media by 5pm on the last day of each month and asked to provide their name and postal address so that the prize can be posted to them. If the Prize is not claimed within seven days, the first winner will be void and a second winner will be chosen and notified.
6. Validation
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries, prize claims and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. An entry that is incomplete, indecipherable, illegible or non-compliant with these terms and conditions is invalid and will not be accepted or considered. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition to the full extent permitted by law and subject to any approval or directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter reserves its rights to disqualify any entry of any entrant, who generally discredits the goodwill or reputation of the promotion or the Promoter.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into.
It is a condition of entry that the entrant consents to the Promoter using the entrant’s name and share’s their entry photo/video in the event they are the winner of the Prize in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of the competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products and services, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoters or otherwise.
8. Other Terms and Conditions
The Promoter abides by the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. You have various rights under the Australian Privacy Principles including the right to access information that you have provided to us. As part of the terms and conditions, the Promoter requests this information to conduct the promotion and validate your entry.
This information collected will only be used for the purposes detailed or implied in these terms and conditions. By entering this competition you consent to the use of the information provided. The information will not be used for any other purpose without your consent, or unless we are obligated by any law to provide that information.
By entering and participating, the entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Facebook and Instagram from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Competition, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of the Prize and/or use or misuse of the Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook and Instagram.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
