Sweet Potato Chips

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (fan forced).

Wash sweet potatoes and scrub well to remove any dirt.

Cut into halves multiple times until you have your desired chip size.

Place in a large mixing bowl, drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.

Place on oven-proof paper on a baking tray. Spread out into a single layer.

Bake for 40 minutes or until golden.

Allow to stand for a few minutes and season with more salt and pepper if required.
