Bean & Pinenut Salad

Instructions

1

Place beans in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil. Cook until tender, drain and season with salt and pepper.

Place pinenuts and oil in a pan and cook at a high temperature for approximately 2 minutes or until golden.

Combine beans, anchovies, tomatoes, pinenuts and oil in a large bowl, lightly mix.

Garnish with parmesan cheese.
