Tomato & Spinach Chicken Strudel

Our version of the much-loved traditional German dish. This Chicken Strudel features succulent chicken mince, fresh spinach, and a juicy tomato stuffing, all encased in delicious puff pastry. Perfect for the whole family, simply place in the oven, slice and serve for lunch or dinner.

Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 60 mins – Serves: 4

Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

Remove plastic wrapping on Strudel. Place Strudel onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray.

Once oven is heated, place Strudel in oven and bake for 60 minutes.

Once cooked, let stand for a few minutes.

Simply slice and serve.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
