A regular on our menu for many years, this delicately handmade Italian Chicken Pinwheel combines freshly minced chicken with semi-dried tomatoes, ricotta and basil, all rolled up in a light puff pastry. It’s a gourmet dish you’ll be proud to serve up at a dinner party, or any night of the week.

Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 35-40 mins – Serves: 1

Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

Remove plastic wrapper on Pinwheel.

Place Pinwheel onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray.

Once oven is heated, put Pinwheel in oven and bake for 35-40 minutes.

Once cooked, let stand for a few minutes.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
