Our delicious Honey and Macadamia Chicken Roll features a stuffing of honey and macadamia wrapped around a whole chicken, with the moist skin left on, then wrapped in netting to ensure it stays together when cooking. It’s perfect for a roast dinner any night of the week, and the leftovers make for a great lunch!

Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 70-75 mins – Serves: 4

Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180°C.

Place Roll on an oven-proof tray. Once oven is heated cook for 70-75 minutes.

Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to stand for 15 minutes.

Remove netting from roll and slice.

TIP: Use juices from roll to make a gravy. Add a little flour over heat and stir until juices start to thicken, or simply pour juices over chicken to add moisture and flavour.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
