Herb & Garlic Chicken Thigh Schnitzel

Ever tried a chicken schnitzel with herb and garlic crumb? Well now you can. This succulent thigh fillet is crumbed in a herb and garlic natural Ciabatta breadcrumb and is perfect any night of the week.

cooking instructions

Stove – Cooking Temp: Med – Cooking Time: 16 mins – Serves: 1

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add schnitzel into pan and cook. Cover with lid to prevent drying out

Turn after approximately 8 minutes.

Cook for a further 8 minutes.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Once cooked, allow to stand for a few minutes before serving.

Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 25 mins – Serves: 1

Pre-heat oven to 180°C (conventional).

Place schnitzel onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray. Spray with a small amount of oil.

Once oven is heated place schnitzel in oven and bake for 20 minutes.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Once cooked, allow to stand for a few minutes before serving.
