Our classic Chicken Enchilada with a tropical twist. Enjoy tender chicken thigh pieces mixed with pineapple, bacon and tasty cheese in a rich tomato sauce, wrapped in a flour tortilla. It’s a great meal or snack any day of the week.

cooking instructions

Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 30 mins – Serves: 1

Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

Place Enchilada onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray.

Once oven is heated, place Enchilada in oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Once cooked, let stand for a few minutes.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
