Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat BBQ to a medium heat.

Add a dash of olive oil to grill then place Jumbo on grill.

Cook Jumbo on one side for approximatey 10 minutes, then turn onto alternate side.

Cook for a further 10 minutes.

Once cooked, let stand for a few minutes.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
