Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 25-30 mins – Serves: 1

Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180°C.

Place Mignons onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray.

Once oven is heated, place Mignons in oven and cook for 25-30 minutes.

Once cooked, let stand for five minutes before serving.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
