Who can resist a lean and tender chicken breast filled with delicious garlic butter and coated in a natural Ciabatta breadcrumb?! It’s the perfect dish for a nostalgic night at home (or any day of the week).

Cooking Instructions

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Place Kiev in pan and cook. Cover with lid to prevent drying out.

Turn after approximately 10 minutes.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Cook for a further 10 minutes.

Pre-heat oven to 180°C (conventional).

Place kiev onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray. Spray with a small amount of Olive Oil.

Once oven is heated place kiev in oven and bake for 30 minutes.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Once cooked, allow to stand for a few minutes before serving.
