One of the first value-added chicken products we became famous for over 30 years ago. Our Chicken Kievs are famous for good reason. Who can resist lean and tender chicken breast filled with delicious garlic butter and coated in natural Ciabatta breadcrumbs?!

cooking instructions

Stove – Cooking Temp: Med – Cooking Time: 20-25 mins – Serves: 1

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Place kievs in pan and cook. Cover with lid to prevent drying out.

Turn after approximately 10 minutes.

Cook for a further 10-15 minutes.

Once cooked, allow to stand for five minutes before serving.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 25-30 mins – Serves: 1

Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180°C.

Place kievs onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray. Spray with a small amount of olive oil.

Once oven is heated, place kievs in oven and cook for 25-30 minutes.

Once cooked, allow to stand for five minutes before serving.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
