Our BBQ Chicken Shashlicks feature red and green capsicum and onion, marinated in our delicious BBQ sauce. They are great as a light and healthy snack, or as part of a BBQ spread.

BBQ – Cooking Temp: Med – Cooking Time: 14 mins – Serves: 1

Pre-heat BBQ to a medium heat.

Once the grill has heated, add a dash of olive oil then place shashlicks on grill.

Cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side, turning seven times.

Once cooked, place shashlicks on a plate and allow to stand before serving.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

NOTE: As BBQs vary, these directions are a guide only.

Stove – Cooking Temp: Med – Cooking Time: 14 mins – Serves: 1

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add shashlicks to pan and cook for approximately 7 minutes. Cover with lid to prevent drying out.

Turn shashlicks after approximately 7 minutes.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Once cooked, place shaslicks on a plate and allow to stand before serving.
