Pre-heat oven to 180°C (fan forced).
Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Fry onion and garlic for 4-5 minutes until soft and golden, stirring regularly.
Add chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, basil and thyme into pan, simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add flour into pan and simmer for 2 minutes, stirring regularly. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water for 6-7 minutes. Drain and cool.
Combine pasta with sauce in a large mixing bowl.
Spoon into an oven-proof baking tray and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
