Christmas Range

Roasted Turkey Breast – Boneless and hand stuffed. Conveniently pre-cooked. Average estimated weight 1.8kg, serves 6-8.
Turkey Breast Supreme – Boneless and hand stuffed. Average estimated weight – small 1.3kg, serves 5-7; medium 2.2kg, serves 10-12; large 2.7kg, serves 12-14.
Whole Turkey – Free Range or Barn Raised. Average estimated weight – small 3.9kg, serves 8-10; medium 5kg, serves 10-12; large 7.3kg, serves 15-17.
Festive Chicken Rolls – Boneless, hand stuffed whole chicken, rolled and netted. Serves 4.

Choose Your Stuffing

Cranberry and Macadamia* – Sweet, juicy cranberries and crumbled macadamias combined with roasted soy and rice flakes.
Fig, Caramelised Onion and Bacon* – Decadent semi-dried figs, caramelised onion and smoky bacon combined with roasted soy and rice flakes.
Traditional Herb* – Delicious sage, parsley, chives and shredded tasty cheese combined with roasted soy and rice flakes.
Camembert and Bacon – Rich, creamy camembert, smoky bacon and spinach combined with Ciabatta breadcrumb.
Honey and Macadamia – Sweet honey and crumbled macadamias combined with Ciabatta breadcrumb.
