I have one store which I have owned and run for 17 years.

I am the owner and operator.
Please tell us a little about yourself, your background, and
how became a Lenard’s franchisee?
I worked in admin, then as a cafe cook, I love creating products and food presentation. I wanted a challenge, and to expand my knowledge on creating food products and presenting restaurant-quality meals that can be cooked at home.
What do you love most about being a Lenard’s store owner?
My customers. Meeting new people, helping them with ideas for dinner and what to pair with our products. To help take the hassle out of lunch and dinners. I also appreciate my team, they share my vision of presenting and preparing high-quality products for our customers, without them I could not do what I do.
What do you love most about your local area and community?
Have you always lived in the area? I was born and raised in Bundaberg (I’m 50 in June).
What is your favourite aspect of the support provided by Lenard’s, ie marketing and sales support etc?
Marketing and sales are approachable and available 24/7 and respond swiftly to any requests I have.
What do you and your customers love most about Lenard’s products?
Easy, convenient, time-poor friendly, healthy and value for money. The hard work is already done! Customers purchase the amount of product they need for a meal, pop it in the oven or air fryer, ready in 35 minutes or less! No wastage.
Why do you think Lenard’s products are so popular and have
endured for so many years?
Chicken is a superior protein. Chicken has not skyrocketed price wise as seen with beef, lamb, pork and seafood. Chicken is still affordable for everyone.
