Mix all the marinate ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the chicken drumsticks to the marinate and rub into chicken using your hands. Marinate in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
Bake in a 180°C pre-heated oven for 35-40 minutes or until drumsticks are tender.
Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
