Preheat oven to 180°C.
Peel potatoes and cut into wedges.
Place potatoes in a baking dish and generously drizzle with olive oil, covering each potato with oil.
Place garlic and pumpkin seeds on and around potatoes.
Sprinkle basil and rosemary on top of potatoes, season with salt and pepper.
Bake for 1 hour (fan forced).
Once cooked, allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
