Instructions

In a large bowl toss cabbage, carrots, parsley and coriander together until well combined.

Pour apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sunflower oil in a jar and shake to combine.

Pour dressing over salad and toss thoroughly.

Garnish with noodles.
