Sweetcorn & Bacon Chicken Pot Pie

Our Sweetcorn and Bacon Chicken Pot Pie combines fresh chicken thigh, sweetcorn, bacon and cheese in a creamy white sauce, topped with our finest puff pastry. The convenient oven-ready ramekin makes them so easy to cook and eat. Simply pop straight in the oven, cook for 30 minutes (fan forced), then eat straight out of the ramekin.

cooking instructions

Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 30 mins – Serves: 1

Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180°C.

Use a pair of scissors at a 45° angle and ‘snip’ the pastry to create a steam valve prior to cooking.

Simply place pie straight in the oven in the oven-ready ramekin. Cook for 30 minutes.

Eat straight out of the ramekin, or remove pastry top with a knife, pour contents onto plate and replace the pastry on top.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
