Chicken Thigh can be cooked many ways. These instructions are for cooking 500g of plain thigh. Adjust as per additional ingredients.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place chicken in an oven proof pan, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked though.
TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
- More fat and flavour than other parts of the chicken.
- Ideal for stir-fries and slow cooker dishes.
