Our delicious Singapore Sizzle Chicken Stir-Fry contains chicken breast, fresh carrot, zucchini, celery, brocolli, onion and red capsicum, marinated in a ginger, garlic, soy and fish sauce. It’s a quick and easy meal ideal for lunch or dinner.

Stove – Cooking Temp: Med – Cooking Time: 12 mins – Serves: 1

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Once pan has heated, add stir-fry into pan and stir regularly. Cover with lid to prevent drying out.

Cook for approximately 12 minutes.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Serve with rice or noodles, or simply enjoy on its own.
