Mexican Chicken Enchilada

Our classic Chicken Enchilada features tender chicken thigh pieces in a mild Mexican sauce combined with cheese and beans, wrapped in a flour tortilla and topped with cheese. It’s the ideal meal any day of the week for lunch or dinner. Simply pop it in the oven and you’re done!

Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 30 mins – Serves: 1

Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

Place Enchilada onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray.

Once oven is heated, place Enchilada in oven and bake for 30 minutes.

Once cooked, let stand for a few minutes.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
