Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place Baguette on an oven-proof tray. Once oven is heated bake for 40 minutes.

Once cooked, remove from oven, remove string and allow to stand for a few minutes before serving.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
