Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place Supreme in oven-ready. Once oven is heated bake for 70 minutes.

Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

Remove from netting and slice.

TIP: Use juices from the roast to make a gravy. Add a little flour over heat and stir until juices start to thicken, or simply pour juices over chicken to add moisture and flavour.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
