Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Place Half Chicken on an oven-proof tray. Once oven is heated bake for 50-55 minutes.

Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
