BBQ – Cooking Temp: Med – Cooking Time: 20 mins – Serves: 1

Heat BBQ to a medium temperature.

Once BBQ is hot, place steak on BBQ plate and cook, turning occasionally until lightly coloured on both sides.

Cook for 8-10 minutes on each side.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Once cooked, remove from BBQ, place on a plate and allow to stand before serving.

NOTE: As BBQs vary, these directions are a guide only.

Stove – Cooking Temp: Med – Cooking Time: 20 mins – Serves: 1

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Once pan is heated, add steak and cook for 10 minutes on each side, turning occasionally until lightly coloured on all sides.

Remove steak from pan, place on a plate and allow to stand before serving.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Oven – Cooking Temp: 180 ℃ – Cooking Time: 20-25 mins – Serves: 1

Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

Once oven is heated, place steak onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray and cook for 20-25 minutes.

Once cooked, remove from oven and allow to stand before serving.
