Cooking Instructions

Heat BBQ to medium temperature.

Once BBQ is hot, spread wings on grill.

Cook for approximately 35 minutes. Turn regularly to ensure wings are evenly cooked.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Once cooked, place wings on a plate and allow to stand before serving.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Once pan is heated, place wings in pan and cook for 45 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown on all sides.

Place wings onto grease proof paper on an oven-proof tray.
