BBQ – Cooking Temp: Med – Cooking Time: 24 mins – Serves: 1

Pre-heat BBQ to a medium heat.

Add a dash of Olive Oil to grill then place sausage on grill.

Cook sausage for approximately four minutes on each side, turning six times. Cook for a total of 24 minutes.

Turning frequently ensures even cooking.

Once cooked, let stand for a few minutes before serving.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
