BBQ – Cooking Temp: Med – Cooking Time: 12 mins – Serves: 1

Pre-heat BBQ to a medium heat.

Once the grill has heated, add a dash of olive oil then place kebab on grill.

Cook for approximately 2 minutes on each side, turning six times.

TIP: If using a thermometre, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Once cooked, place kebab on a plate and allow to stand before serving.

NOTE: As BBQs vary, these directions are a guide only.

Stove – Cooking Temp: Med – Cooking Time: 12 mins – Serves: 1

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add kebab to pan and cook for approximately 6 minutes, then turn and cook for a further 6 minutes.

Cover with lid to prevent drying out.

TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.

Once cooked, place kebab on a tray and allow to stand before serving.
