These instructions are for cooking 500g of plain stir-fry pieces. Adjust as per additional ingredients.
Pre-heat stove to a medium temperature. Once heated, place pan on stove and add a dash of olive oil into pan.
Place chicken in pan and season with salt and pepper.
Stirring regularly, cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked though.
TIP: If using a thermometer, cook to a core temperature of 75°C.
