How to Place An Order
Step 1: Click the ‘Log In’ or ‘Sign Up’ button in the top right menu (if you are on a mobile, click the person/account icon).
Step 2: If you have an account please log in, if do not have an account please create one by signing up.
Step 3: Once you’ve logged in click the ‘Click & Collect’ button in the top right menu (if you are on a mobile, click the person/account icon), enter your postcode/suburb and the closest store/s will display.
Please note - Click and Collect is only available at our stores, not at our supermarket stockists. We recommend viewing our list of stores and finding your closest store, before you start Click and Collect. We recommend simply entering your closest store as your Click and Collect store, rather than searching via postcode.
Step 4: Select the store you wish to shop at by clicking ‘Collect instore’. If you wish to change the store you are shopping at click 'change store' in the top right menu and select a new store (if you are on a mobile, click the arrow icon).
Step 5: Go into the ‘Products’ section. All of our products will display. Click on the product you wish to purchase. To order the product simply select the amount you require by either entering the number into the QTY or KG field, or using the arrow button, then clicking ‘Add to Cart’. If the product is unavailable the page will display the following message: 'Product Unavailable'.
Please note that not all products are available at all stores at all times. Each store changes their available products daily, and the range and prices available from store to store varies.
Step 6: Once you have added all products to your cart, click the ‘Cart’ button in the top right menu.
Step 7: Add any promotional codes and click ‘apply’, this will refresh your cart. Click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
Step 8: Select your ‘Collection Date’, add any applicable ‘Order Notes’, complete your ‘Billing Details’ and ‘Payment Details’, then click ‘Place Order’. Your order is now processed and you will receive an order email.
Step 9: Collect in-store at the requested time by showing your receipt to store staff.
Frequently Asked Questions
Stores That Offer Click & Collect
Only Lenard’s Chicken stand-alone stores offer Click and Collect. Lenard’s Express and stores located inside IGA Supermarkets do not offer the Click and Collect service.
Lenard’s Chicken accepts Visa and Mastercard. At the time you place your order you are required to make payment by credit card. In order to receive your order, payment must be processed and received.
We accept valid product promotional codes. Codes must be entered in the field provided at checkout.
Order Cut Off Times
Please allow a minimum of 3 hours for our stores to process your order and have ready for collection in-store. If you order less than 3 hours from the store's closing time, the order will be ready for collection the next day when the store opens.
We endeavour to ensure that all products you have ordered are supplied to you. Due to unforeseen reasons, stock that is advertised on our website sometimes might not be available. In the event of this happening, the store you placed the order with will contact you via email or phone to organise a new collection time, substitute products or refund.
Collection of orders is only available from the Lenard's Chicken store you selected when placing the order. The store cannot be changed once the order is successfully completed. Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, orders cannot be retained beyond the agreed collection time, unless specific prior arrangement has been made with the Franchise Owner. This arrangement must be made by telephone or email direct to the selected store and the decision to enter into this agreement will be at the sole discretion of the Franchise Owner.
Orders cannot be cancelled once successfully completed via this website. However, if you contact the store you placed the order with, you may be able to negotiate a cancellation. This is to be finalised directly with the store.
Order Returns, Credits & Refunds
If you wish to make a claim for a replacement product, refund or credit because:
1. You believe products ordered by you that are in stock, have not been provided; or
2. You are not satisfied with the quality of the products you have purchased,
You must first call the Franchise Owner of the store from which the goods were purchased (details provided on receipt) within 24 hours from the selected pick up time on your receipt. If you are not satisfied with the handling of your claim, you may contact Lenard's Chicken Customer Service on 1800 068 111 to assess your claim for a replacement product, credit or refund of the purchase price. Lenard's Chicken National Support Office cannot assess claims which have not first been referred to the relevant Franchise Owner.
You must provide your details before placing an order for products on the Lenard’s Chicken website. You warrant that all information provided by you is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You must promptly notify Lenard's Chicken if there is any change to this information. You must take responsibility for the safekeeping of your username and password. You are liable if your username and password are used by an unauthorised person. You release and indemnify Lenard's Chicken in relation to any liability arising out of the unauthorised use of your username or password.
The price of products shown is the price which is applicable at the time you view it. The purchase price may vary between stores and may change without notice. Products in your cart are charged at the price applicable at the time you submit your order and as shown on the order confirmation. All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Upon successfully submitting your order, Lenard's Chicken will provide you with a tax invoice specifying the total price of products, including credits applied and pick up details and instructions. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Products Sold By Weight
Products sold by reference to their weight are supplied as close to the weight ordered as possible, but not under the requested weight. You are charged only for the weight of products that you have requested without any additional charge for weight supplied above that requested (if any).
Presentation of Products
Lenard’s Chicken aims to include up-to-date photos of our products in their 'cooked state' (with the exception of our Fresh Cuts). Product photos are for illustration only. Lenard’s Chicken products are supplied raw (with the exception of hot products sold at a selection of stores), and any presentation of cooked products in the context of a complete meal is provided as a serving suggestion only.
When purchasing from this website your financial details are passed through a secure server using 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology with Extended Validation. Your credit card details are not stored by Lenard's Online.
