To ensure Franchise Owners to receive the support they require, Lenard’s is divided into eight territories; North Queensland, South East Queensland, Gold Coast/Northern Rivers, Sydney, New South Wales Country & Australian Capital Territory, Victoria, Western Australia and South Australia/Northern Territory. Each region is maintained by a Master Franchisee and Franchise Support Consultants.

Master Franchisees and their Franchise Support Consultants, visit all stores regularly to maintain standards, complete training programs, assist with issues and manage new product innovations. They are also available to help Franchisee Owners develop and implement annual business and marketing plans.

Many of the Master Franchisees have owned Lenard’s stores themselves so they thoroughly understand the Lenard’s system and can assist Franchise Owners to achieve the best possible results for their stores.
