1 Panfried Lenard's Tender Gold Breast Fillet (either hot or chilled)
60g (2 large leaves) Cos lettuce
20g Croutons (we recommend Bakers Chips)
5g Snow Pea shoots
1 Hard Boiled Egg
Your favourite Caesar dressing
Garnish with Chopped Chives
Combine cut lettuce, croutons, chives and snow pea shoots.Dress with egg slices and Caesar dressing and arrange sliced pan fried Tender Gold Breast Fillet over salad.
*As a side dish for four people, double quantities.
