Lenard's National Support Office consists of the Retail Support Team; marketing, operations, training, product development and the Eastern Region, and a System Support Team consisting of; finance, IT and legal professionals.

The members of Lenard's National Support Office use their years of franchising and retailing experience to achieve business goals and to assist Franchise Owners to succeed. The team is guided by the Board of Directors, whose vision and determination has seen the company grow to what it is today.

At Lenard's, our Franchise Owners are actively involved in decision-making for the organisation through their regular involvement in Regional and National Advisory Council meetings.
